Baruch dropped both games of a CUNYAC doubleheader to the College of Staten Island on Saturday afternoon.
The Dolphins (8-7) won 3-1 & 11-1 to raise their record to 5-0 in conference play, while Baruch (2-9) drops to 1-2.
Pitcher Katie Rossetti went the distance to earn her fourth victory of the season, giving up just one run on two hits, while catcher Theresa Tepedino's two-run single in the third knocked in the game winning RBI.
Pitcher Kathy Maher hit a triple in the fourth inning to score centerfielder Ally Stamatiades for the lone Baruch run of the game.
In the second game, Tepedino did the damage again with two home runs & six RBI, while throwing out three runners trying to steal a base.
Baruch earned their lone run in the fourth inning. Stamatiades doubled and later came home on a single by Rose Tejada.
Baruch will return to action tomorrow morning with a unique tripleheader against Polytechnic (DH) & Medgar Evers. First pitch on Senior Day is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
